Okay so last night's work-out simply did not happen. Once again, I got out of work and headed straight to our new house, regardless of my hopes to go to the gym first, to start working on cleaning the kitchen. It took me over 2 hours to clean half of the cabinets. I could not believe how dirty then were, it was repulsive! But now they are nice and clean and ready for my dishes!!!!!
After that, Hubby-to-be's mother took us out to dinner. They wanted Applebee's, which has ZERO vegetarian options. I mean even their tomato soup was beef based.... so I ordered the Spinach and Cheese Raviolis w/o the Grilled Chicken. It was COVERED in cheese, so I only ate 3 of the raviolis and called it a night (and I may, or may not, have stolen a bunch of Hubby-to-be's french fries)... So my healthy dinner last night turned into a calorie bomb....
Tonight after work I am NOT going to our new house. I am going take the time to clean our apartment, do the dishes, do some laundry, get caught up on school work, GO TO THE GYM!, and hopefully relax.
I decided to take tomorrow off from work too so I have a nice 5 day weekend coming up! So I might not be on Spark too much over the next five days.... but I WILL FOOD BLOG EVERYDAY!!!!!!!!!!
So to sum it up.... MY GOALS FOR THANKSGIVING WEEK:
1. Food Blog Tuesday-Sunday
2. Exercise at least 4x between Tuesday-Sunday
3. Get caught up in both MBA classes
4. Enjoy myself and my family without over-indulging!!!!!
