Slight Set Back

Last week I had to go away on business. Needless to say, I had a difficult time staying on protocol. No surprise I gained 3 lbs, which is not too bad considering I resorted to my old habits. I did well in the beginning of the trip, but towards the end, I just stopped trying. I think it was a combination of things. Being on this program gets a little boring after awhile and being away from my environment was hard. But no need in beating myself up about it. Like they say, "When you fall off the horse, just get right back on". So I will dust myself off and get back on protocol. The thing I remember is that this program works. I can and I will do this. I have lost 27 lbs, something I have not done before. Here's to the next 27 lbs.

    Business travel is difficult. It will throw off your diet and workout regimen. Fortunately, you can get back on track when you get home!
