For everyone-- struggling or not: I want each of you to take the time to write a blog about what struggles you have had and what successes you have had so far with the SPICE challenge! I want you to write about what your plan of attack is for this week-- how you will make this Thanksgiving different than all the past ones! This is really important-- this week will set the pace for the rest of the holiday season--- so I want you all ready to go! (Team leaders, please help your members remember to do this... I know it is extra work for them, but I really think this could make all the difference for this week!!!)

Successes: Actual weight loss... weird and refreshing. My success has been found in TRACKING my food. I can get pretty active, but fail to see the weight loss, so I give up, find other things to do. So... if I track and don't give into my every whim as far as food is concerned, I do see a difference!!!!
Stuggles: The past two weeks I've really stuggled with my fitness points. I will tell you I AM NOT BEING LAZY. I'm just not doing as much "fitness for fitness, sake" I'm doing hard labor (see painting and laying hardwood floors) so... I feel that since the painting is done (PRAISE THE LORD!!!) and the floors are done, I can get back into the groove... almost... my house is a disaster right now. And I'm so burnt out, I'm lacking motivation to get my butt up and clean!!! So, lesson learned is, "Don't start big home improvement projects right before hosting a big holiday!"
This week: The actual "day of" has never been a problem for me. I've always been good about getting a little bit of everything. For me it's when I start my Christmas baking and all those special Christmas treats are out... Like yesterday I saw that Dove now has peppermint bark chocolates!!!!!!! OMG!!! The good news is, peppermint bark is DELICIOUS but you can really only have so much. So, maybe I'll get a bag while I have company and try it and then REALLY share! :) So, I'm not sure this week will be too big of a struggle for me. It's the four or five weeks after! LOL
