1st Week: Down 2. 8 lbs!

Not bad for not really sticking to my lifestyle changes. We had quite a bit of sweet things around over the weekend and my husband bought me a regular monster drink instead of the low carb. But, I'm feeling better (despite horrendous cramps). It's not only a new day but a new week and things are looking up. I have lots of healthy foods in my fridge so it shouldn't be hard to hit it strong this week, despite Thanksgiving.

I've managed to keep up with being vegetarian, rather happily too! I think my husband is surprised how easily I gave up meat again. We seriously have an insane amount of veggies in my house so I can make some seriously awesome dishes.

My two older bio kids (I have 2 older step sons too) are excited about me being vegetarian again and my oldest bio son was just eating what I was eating all weekend. I'd love for him to do this with me! He's a very sensative soul and I think he'll eventually do it on his own with or without me.

Still haven't gotten the exercise going yet. :/ Not real happy about that. I know I just need to do it (duh) but it doesn't ever seem to happen. I know I'll get there. Especially since I'm losing and I know I want to keep losing! Eventually i'll have to boost up my movement.
