How bizarre

After feeling so rubbish yesterday it was really bizarre to received an email to my next spark stage and it was all about rewarding positive behaviour and not focussing on negative aspects.

This really made me smile in realisation to all the emotional bruises I had given myself. I tell myself that I really am sorry for being so horrible!

    Remember, you set a real long-term goal just like me. It took weeks before "i saw" changes... hang in there. Stay focused. Stick with it.

    This was from SP too: If you really want to achieve it, then make the time or take a different approach. Find time for ou and your goals. It's easier to find ways to justify your actions than to get over the hurdle.

    Don't let that goal out of your sight!
