My new workout plan

Well after much deliberation this is my workout programme for the next six weeks:

Chest - bench press, flat flies, incline dumbell press
Biceps - Hammer Curls, Preacher Curls, 21s
Abs - any

Cardio - 40-60 mins
Abs - ultrafit crunches, waistaways, knee to elbows, hanging knee raises

Legs - squats, press, extensions, curls, calf raises
Shoulders - front press, arnold press, shrugs

Cardio - 40-60 mins
Abs - pinochios, sidebends, planks

Back - wide grip lat pulldowns, close grip lat pulldowns, cable rows, back extensions
Triceps - skull crushers, undergrip pulldowns, pressdowns
Abs - any

I am going to be doing 10-12 controlled reps for each exercise but will be doing 20s on legs. This will be over 4 sets, 1 weighted warm up and 3 working sets, there will also be a controlled rest of 1min between sets.

The first week is going to be a trial week so that I can work out my weights.

I am really excited at this workout, let me know if you have any suggestions. I am just about to start reading Arnold Schwarzenegger's modern guide to body building which my OH swears by.
