Feeling better now...

Sorry about this morning... I was feeling a bit pants! Thanks for the comments - really appreciate it.

Feeling much better now. We took my OH and our friend for their strongman training session. It was rather expensive, but needed prior to the comp in three weeks as they have some bad habits they need to address. But then again they were only going to do an hour and ended up doing 2.5 hours so it was not too bad.

I have been given the task to look after both of them on the day. I have to keep the scores and be their timecaller and make sure they have enough water chalk and talc and also make sure they change their shoes after the static events and make sure their knee and wrist wraps are tight enough! Basically mother them throughout the day! lol

Feeling tired now as learnt so much with Steve and it is a lot to take in and I was not doing any of the exercises. The lads are knackered. We are going to go again this weekend!

I have written up my new workout but i am going to get myself a notebook to write it all down in and to track my weights so that I can keep an eye on my progress.

Right, I am going to make some garlic chicken (my favourite). emoticon

    Sounds busy but fun... I have to write down my workouts. I can't remember any of that crap. I have much better things to keep memorized that sets, reps and weights. LOL.
