You're going to LOVE me... *FREE* Hour of AMAZING workout music!

Saturday, November 20, 2010

First off, I hope you are well! I hope you are enjoying life, and feeling healthy and spectacular, and singing in the shower, and hugging all your loved ones regularly, and committing random acts of kindness.

Secondly... holy crap! I just had one of the best walk/jog sessions everrr.

Came across this absolute GEM earlier. Have you heard of Girl Talk? I LOVE LOVE LOVE him. (Real name: Gregg Michael Gillis.) And, well, I think you should have a listen. You know, as long as you're not opposed to modern hip-hop or 80's pop songs. And a few swears here and there.

He seamlessly mixes the musical stylings of artists such as Jay-Z and John Lennon. No, I'm not kidding. It's pure genius. I've been a fan for a while, but I'm an even bigger fan of awesome free things! And he has a new album out. A fantastic album. Makes me want to dance my bum off! (Totally legal download, BTW.)

Enjoy!!!

A million kisses,
Allyssa Marie

PS-I totally flipped out when I heard the "Teach Me How To Dougie" sample. I've been obsessed with that song... anyone else?
