Back to work at 6 in the morning! Today was a lazy day but I did go get my blood work done and I did 30 minutes at the gym. The weekend always throws me off because I am exhausted after work, and it's a weekend, so I don't go to the gym. And I eat two meals at work which are loaded with fat and calories. So although I love work, it really messes up my nutrition and fitness program! Tomorrow my plan will be to do desk exercises, maybe some lunges or walking during my breaks, and only eating half of whatever they serve, or maybe even just eat the salad and fruits and vegetable for lunch, and skip the entree. I already don't eat the dessert or the bread. So I guess I will see how tomorrow goes with my new plan in place. God Bless!
