I hate it when weight loss slows down

Well it looks like I'm at that dreaded stage where I am eating the same, and exercising almost daily, yet the weight doesn't want to budge. I only lost .4 for this week which is not even half a pound. I guess I should be happy because a loss is a loss, but when you're hoping for a couple of pounds and don't even get a half a pound, it can be discouraging.

I'm going to hang in there, but with the holiday feasts right around the corner it's going to be difficult.

    Just keep going. I have been "stuck" at 232 for a few weeks and yesterday it finally moved to 231. In the past, I would have quit but now it doesn't matter what is on the scale because I feel better. So, just keep going and keep working because if you do your best the results will come! Good luck!
