Time for THANKS..

T..time for self..something personal..a long shower or bubble bath..a manicure..buy a new book..or just some time alone...5 points for each day you hug yourself.

H..healthy foods..at least 6 freggies a day..5 points for each day.

A..accountability..keep track of your meals..snacks..drinks..either here on Spark or journal..or even a piece of paper..this is accountability to yourself..5 points for each day you track everything.

N..nutrition..stay in your range..5 points for each day.

K..Kick it up!!!add 15 extra min to your usual routine..be it ST or cardio..5 points each day you it up!

S..send a Spark message..or a Sparkgoodie to a Spark friend telling them your thinking about them and are thankful for their friendship.(max 5 per day)1 pt for each message..max 5pts /day

This challenge runs from midnight tonight until midnight Tues..post totals on Wed with your weight!!
