I was so proud of myself yesterday! I fougnt the urge to sit around in bed online or reading to "wake myself up" before I got up to exercise. This is my normal routine on my days off, but I have found it just makes me more tired and want to go back to sleep. Yesterday I got right up, had a light breakfast, and got on the treadmill right away. It helped me to wake up, especially the shower after. I felt good about it all day. Now, if only I had done the same thing today... I'm sick and feel miserable today, but I know that's no exucse. I probably should just go and do that.

    I feel better after I exercise too! It's nice knowing we are doing something good for ourselves! I havent done Zumba for awhile and did almost an hour of Zumba live last night. this AM I am realizing how much it targets my backside! :)
