Yippee I finally got my beginning belly dance video. So today will be my first real practice wish me luck!
I was tired of doing the same few yoga routines, so I picked up a yoga video from the library with a few dozen different routines all between 15-35 minutes each some targeted for am and pm workouts. Tried out a nice 15 minute one this morning before my morning walk, I am happy with the change.
I have been slacking on my walks lately... I am still doing them but my desire and heart has not been there so I have been walking about a third less of my normal distance. I need to find that spark before I wonder to far off track.
