I started my weight loss journey almost exactly two years ago. I've lost weight and I have awesome progress pictures but guess what? I'm six pounds heavier than when I started TWO YEARS AGO!! How does something like this happen, is what I keep asking myself. Lose weight, gain weight, lose weight, gain weight. I mean technically it happened because I continuously overate, I know that. I've been woofing down any and everything I want, whenever I want. Then here and there I become disgusted enough to do something about how I feel about my body and get back to working out and counting my calories before I inevitably do it all over again. Food makes me happy. Filling, fatty, delicious food caters to my every emotion and more often than not I give in to my cravings. Look where it has gotten me, not even back to square one but like square -1 :(

Well, this wasn't meant to be a sob story. I wanted to say that I'm back on track and this time, I hope it lasts. 24lbs to go.

    Just came back from hols saw the pictures thought i looked ok - OH DEAR - so 22lbs to go 2nd day back - im perfect on the food its the vino that gets me - so here goes again...

    @MZQUEENB - Thank you! Food is definitely my drug too! It has been a struggle just these few days not to go buy my favorites. I know! It is soooo nerve wrecking that we know exactly what to do but can't manage to stay on track. Totally bums me out :( All about will power and self discipline, which I need to work on obviously. DEFINITELY take progress pics! Let me know if you post them. The sad thing is, those photos of what I'm capable of STILL isn't my goal. I have no goal pictures of myself because I never once made it :( We can definitely keep in touch and keep each other motivated. Don't be a stranger.

    Welcome back!! Girl I am rocking hat same you are not alone! Food is my drug and sweets are what I believe crack is to I wonder why its so hard when we know exactly what to do??this time I am taking pics because I didn't last least you have a photo of what you are capable of accomplishing.
