Wensday not bad

Just for today. My goal is to get all my water in for the day! -done
3 accomplishments today
1. I got some good challenges in since work is slow.
2. I did some hip flexor exercises what is harder then you might think.
3. I ate a good lunch even when I forgot to pick one up today on the way from work. I got a pretty nice salad out of the machine.
My hope for today is tonight I spend some quality time with mom
