Do you ever feel like your just going up and down and not really getting anywhere. That's how it's been for me for the past 4 months. I exercise regularly then stop. I journal my food intake then stop. When the teeter totter is up I lose weight and get positive feedback and when it drops down I become critical of myself. I think it's time to get off the playground equipment and start running down the road!
