Why is it easier sometimes than othersto exercise? I just keep finding other things to do. I've been putting it off for several days now. I could blame my lost heart rate transmitter but I don't think that's it. I just keep finding other things to do. I feel better afterwards but it can be an uphill climb sometimes to get started.

I wonder that myself sometimes. I've just started back this week and it feels so good. A little pain and tiredness during it, but that great "high" when I'm finished. Don't give up!

I have put my exercise times on a calendar. When I do them I place a + sign next to them.
When I don't, a zero. I have put the calendar on the fridge so when Andy goes by he can see the + or zero. It is humiliating to have him comment on the zero's. I have found this to be extremely motivating!!! I lost my ipod a few months ago. I know what you mean about losing your heart rate monitor and its affect on your exercise. Even though I have replaced the ipod (with inferior brands) I miss it so much. It ruined my last few weeks of training for the marathon and I am sure I could have done much better at the marathon itself if I had had my old faithful equipment. keep looking. It will turn up!!

    Miss you!
