Woo Hoo *happy dance* That's what I like to see! Numbers going down down down!
Talk about motivation! Numbers go down and all the sudden it's ok that I wasn't perfect yesterday (or the day before) because I'm still making wonderful changes and I'm seeing the results of those changes (weighing less) I'm also quite a bit more cheerful (just ask my sister who is not a morning person and got stuck talking to my bubbly self on facebook)
So I managed to not eat donuts or bagels this morning and made my yogurt with fresh fruit and I added some chopped up almonds on it.
I'm eating breakfast late so that I won't be so hungry before lunch. I'll have a handful of nuts in about an hour and a half and then make a fabulously healthy lunch before I have to go get my kids from school. Then I'll have my kids help me with dinner tonight!
