Had a really good day yesterday. Went first thing in the morning and swam for 70 minutes. Then I went back in the evening and swam another 35 minutes (105 minutes of swimming WOOHOO). I got up early this morning and made it to the gym as they were opening at 5:30. Spent 90 minutes in the pool this morning.

Nutrition was exactly at 2000 calories yesterday (top range of my goal, but still within it). With all the calories I burnt, I probably should have actually had more. I really need to watch that I don't eat too few. I have made that mistake in the past.

Feeling good overall. Have a great day everyone.

    great observation on the calorie intake. You can do that for a day or two, but not much more.

    I love to swim and am having a hard time figuring out where I can go swimming. I am so glad that you are swimming to your hearts content. Godd for you.

    Wow! That is a lot of time in a pool. Keep that up and you will start growing webbed toes.
