Had a really good day yesterday. Went first thing in the morning and swam for 70 minutes. Then I went back in the evening and swam another 35 minutes (105 minutes of swimming WOOHOO). I got up early this morning and made it to the gym as they were opening at 5:30. Spent 90 minutes in the pool this morning.
Nutrition was exactly at 2000 calories yesterday (top range of my goal, but still within it). With all the calories I burnt, I probably should have actually had more. I really need to watch that I don't eat too few. I have made that mistake in the past.
