A Dear Sparkfriend said some things to me in the past day that really has made me think and stop to "smell the roses". I am in the middle of some SERIOUS milestones in my life and I want to make sure I take the time to take it all in and enjoy what I have and who I am.

I might be stressed, but I am going to relish in this stress and enjoy the beginning of my new life ahead.

I feel more alive that ever.

I may be physically healthier that I was 7 months ago when I started SP, but I know today that I am also mentally healthier as well.

Thank you all for that.

Bootcamp last night was fantastic. I burned just under 500 calories in the 55 minutes. I hope to be able to take more classes in the future! I am taking this Thursday and Friday off from work (meaning that today is my FRIDAY!) so I am looking forward to trying some new day-time classes... like STEP AND SPIN!!!!!

Tonight I am making a WELCOME HOME dinner for my sister! I can't wait to leave work and go see her!!! I am going to skip the gym today so that I can make a nice dinner and spend time with her! I definitely think this is a worthy sacrifice!

Tonight I am making Chicken Cordon Bleu with Sweet Potatoes and a MANY VEGETABLES tonight for dinner for the family. For myself I will enjoy a Sweet Potato topped with Baked Beans, a large Spinach Salad, and some Oven Roasted Veggies! I am EXCITED!

.... FYI In less than 24 hours I WILL BE A HOMEOWNER!!!!!!

Moving on to today's food blog!

Breakfast:


1 Cup of Cinnamon Chex w/ 1/2 Cup 1% Milk, and some cubed Pineapple and Cantaloupe

A Dunkin Donuts Gingerbread Iced Coffee w/ Milk

Mid-Morning Snack:

Raspberries and Blackberries

Lunch:

2 Cups of Southwestern Corn Chowder

Mid-Afternoon Snack:

Chobani Strawberry-Banana Greek Yogurt!

Dinner:

1 Sweet Potato topped with Vegetarian Baked Beans, and a side Spinach Salad w/ Onion Vinaigrette Dressing

I can't wait to re-start my Carb Cycling this weekend when life slows down a tad and we OWN OUR HOUSE!!!!

But for today...

Calories: 1,375
Carbs: 271g
Fat: 16g
Protein: 45g
Sodium: 3,440 mg (Because of the soup... but it is sooooo GOOD!!!!!)
