11/17/10 Today's Goals

Good morning all! Been swamped lately, but I wanted to jump and and start doing my daily goals, so that I can check in each morning and continue to stay on track.
20 minutes Shred-it
Drink at least 100 oz of water
Eat a balanced breakfast, by 8:00 AM
Eat a healthy morning snack, to keep me on track for lunch
Only eat the lunch I prepared and brought to work!!!!
Remember my apple before I leave work, so I don't munch while preparing dinner.
35 minute bike ride.
NO SNACKING BEFORE DINNER!!!!
Only one serving at dinner.
begin organizing my recipe cabinet.
