What I need to do:

I have fallen back into some pretty bad habits. Here is my list of things that I need to start doing AGAIN. These things worked for me before, so I don't know why I've gotten away from them.
1) STOP DRINKING MOUNTAIN DEW
2) Clean the fridge out weekly
3) Make lists
a) meal plans for the week
b) grocery list
4) Get back into my exercise routing: cardio @gym 3 times/week, strength training @ gym twice/week. outdoor hiking once a week. rest on Wednesdays

This shouldn't be too hard... I've done it all before. I am just so lazy lately...I've been sick (coughing/lung issues) for over a month & just can't feel better. I'm exhausted. BUT these are just excuses. Maybe I'd start feeling better if I start my healthy habits again.

Help motivate me, please!! emoticon emoticon

    I am struggling too and have started this week to get rid of some of the bad habits I have fallen back into. I guess I didn't want to admit it, but I guess it's because I am lazy too and it was easier to eat what I wanted and not exercise.

    Ok Claudia I am with Joanne. we will all help each other get there. If we work together we will get this done for the LAST time.

    I tracked yesterday until my dinner, as I didn't have the salad, but just had the tacos (2) with the family. I did have a taco salad today for lunch and had a banana and an apple and my carrots, so I am good with my Freggies today. I will have my water in before I leave work, so I am good on that front as well. Lets commit to work together and get it done. Are you in??

    You, me and Sandy can all keep tabs on each other through our nutrition/fitness trackers. Mine is available for viewing....but don't judge! :) I've had a bad couple days here with apple crisps (oh, forgot to add that one the last two days) and cookies (co-worker's birthday-I baked and had to have some!).

    I'm starting to get back to tracking....have been horrible as of late but we can all do this together!! And I've started cooking for the first part of the week on Sundays. I now plan out what I'm going to buy from the grocery store based on what my meals are going to be. Saves money and time....(I was usually the one throwing out stuff from my fridge).
