I realized I had not blogged in awhile. So, here it goes. I'm finally on a down trend with my wt.
I remained steady all summer, only to start seeing a few lbs gain this fall. I normally gain 5 to 10 over the holidays, So. . . I was getting concerned.
Then I found this great team"Hold the Stuffing" And I have 2 buddy's on the team.
I asked one and she (myplan51) already had a buddy, but still included me! and then someone asked me to be a buddy (Jen)! So, I'm not going it alone. I am the only over wt one in my family and it's tough!
I'm still exercising like crazy, and drinking my water religiously. but it's my nutrition that needs work. So, my goals for the holiday season:
1. get to onederland! (at 205 right now)
2. track everyday! (regardless of how much I eat)
3 continue drinking my water as I have.
4. continue my exercise routine.
5 do some core exercises every am. (sit ups, etc)
6 do 100 push ups by the new yr. (at least make a good stab at it)
7 and enjoy the holidays with my family! (not stressing over my wt)
Well, I'm having to limit my time on SP, Ugh! Headed off for some shopping today, Watching those calories!
