Making Changes

I've taken some time to reflect on some things.. And I've decided to make changes in my life. I started with my Sparkpage. lol.. But now I'm going to go deeper than that. I am hoping to start the body for life program. I feel it's something do-able for me, and that my family will benefit from. I plan on really taking my time with it, and reading the book before I jump into it. I want to be prepared, I want to know every aspect, and then I want to conquer it. Mark already agreed to do it with me, So that will be a big benefit to the process.
Although, I'm not starting the program this month, as I haven't received the book yet, I am still going to make sure I watch what I eat. My goal for the rest of the month, is to not indulge in any more fast food. This will ensure my need to plan ahead. Something that works well, when I actually execute it.
Going forward, I am dedicating Saturdays to making meal plans, and sunday's to going to the store to obtain the groceries. That gives me a day to map it, and a day to execute the plan. I will do this weekly. I plan to stick to the plan, and not stray! I will print menu planners out and Mark and I can sit and plan.
I would also like to make sure I take a daily vitamin.. This is something I hardly remember to do. I'm open to suggestions from anyone as to which vitamins I should include in my intake. As there's a whole isle dedicated to them! :)
I would also like to get my water intake back to 8+ cups.
I would also like to contact my doctor for help with quitting smoking.
Well that's all I am going to focus on for the remainder of this month! More to come!
