Made baked falafel burger patties

This morning I had another success from my veggie burger book, the baked falafel burger. since it isn't deep fried, the calorie count is quite good, and the food processor does most of the work.

There was one nervous moment when the burgers didn't come off the baking pan cleanly to flip. I sprayed a second pan with Pam real quick (the first one I greased with olive oil, which apparently didn't do the trick) and flipped them all onto that. It worked fine.

They taste like falafel and they aren't deep fried. A little spicy--too spicy for my son, I like them a lot.

BTW I made the cashew-leak burger with bulgar and lentils, and i think the flavor is nothing to write home about, but my son likes it a lot because it goes well with ketchup :-/

    I have eaten falafel once, I think in a mall. (How bad is that!)
