Last night, I finally got the chance to log in fitness for the week. For all I had done, it looked as though I wasn't going to make my goal minutes. It had me wondering because I really had done an awful lot this week, not that it was awful, it was just a lot. It had me puzzled.
Then I looked back and found I had missed logging it Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and yesterday! Good thing I keep it in a little paper journal. (I know, too many journals. I've got a pain and medication journal, a spiritual journey prayer journal, a Getting Healthy IS my job journal, and a creativity journal, and a small wire bound mini one in my purse for notes, and lists, not to mention at least 3 online journals, and one on my computer. Redundancy has helped on the days of computer crashes though. Or days I forget.) Yes, I consider this a journal, one of my online ones.
So it is Sunday, and I am taking today as a day of rest. I most probably will not get on my Wii fit plus. I plan to do my PT stretches this evening, since last night's sleep was a major laugh after a somewhat emergency phone call. I am too fatigued to want to do much today.
My younger son is home from the youth rally and made it safely, Praise God! And he had a good time. My oldest son continues to have major life struggles, I just wish he would keep me out of the drama. I keep him in prayer nonstop. My hubby is finally trying to get his sleep time in.
My aim for today: go in my studio and make a Christmas gift. or two. or three. Except my son is up there at the moment playing guitar, since his room is over my bedroom and Dad is sleeping.
I made a great lunch sandwich on toasted wheat bread today - tuna, miracle whip, craisins, chopped celery, spring salad mix with a nice glass of cranberry grape juice. Yum.
I hope you have a great day too. I am going to go enjoy the sunshine coming in my studio.
