A clearer head

This week has gone really well. I've been eating well and been drinking more water. I did two awesome workouts. I was hoping to do another today but I'm at my boyfriend's family's house so it's a little difficult and it's been raining all day. But I'm proud. For the first time in a while.

Some things I'm still finding hard to do: tracking food...mostly because once I've eaten something I'm dashing off somewhere else and I don't seem to think I have time. But I do so I should make the time. It will really help me focus and help me see my downpoints. Next week I'm looking to track in 3 -4 times at the gym which makes me happy :-)

Other news, this week has been my week off university so I've been doing lots of my work and also this week was the massive London student demonstration! Did any of you hear about it? It was absolutely amazing and although people have put it down as violent, it was actually a very very productive march which attracted a lot of attention which is so positive. Next week we will start to occupy our universities. This the first demonstration for a while that has attracted attention. And the first time in a while that English middle class students have fought back!! I couldn't be prouder to be a student fighting for this, so proud of my fellow peers! :-)

    I'm embarrassed to say I didn't hear about the demonstrations, but ANY activism is better then the 'apathy' I see more of around lately on this side of the pond.

    You are so busy I don't know how you find time to do it all but you are inspiring to me, with too much time on my hands sometimes! ;)
