Day 5: Take the Time - Getting Healthy IS my job!

Saturday, November 13, 2010

Today I have taken the time to:

Do my morning PT 25 minutes emoticon

Accomplished Wii fit plus interval 24 minutes emoticon

(This was my wii fit age a couple of weeks ago - 35 years less than my actual age Woo Hoo!)

Went to at Thanksgiving Tea Party for the ladies at church emoticon

Here are some pictures from the party:

Would you like a cup of tea?

Some of the scrumptious goodies, also served tiny cucumber sandwiches, smoked salmon sandwiches, turkey and ham sandwiches, as well as pecan and cranberry scones. Delicious!

Bonnie (her "mother" was the hostess)

Candles still life

What a temporary maintenance looks like (ok, so I gained 2 lbs - I have not given up, just moving slower. I also have a back brace and a t shirt under the striped top.)

So, I took some time today to complete my workouts, have a cup of tea, get together with the girls, and get my groceries done.

Please look at my post from Friday, it has pictures of my grandbaby "babycakes" and my kitty Peaches and is my post for Thursday and Friday of my blog series.

The tea party sounds like fun! Tonight we had a girls' night at my mom's house with a few ladies from church... cookies, iced tea and an Anita Renfroe DVD- a little piece of heaven.
