I've been trying to figure out what I can do about this burnt out feeling I have. There are so many factors that I can't control - how many hours I work, my current living situation - but there are some things I can control.
I've decided to do the following and see if it helps:
No exercising on Fridays - I need a break once in a while.
No housework on Sunday - get it all done on Saturday and spend Sunday resting.
When I get stressed from the living situation - go to my room and meditate if at all possible.
I hope this lowers the stress level - at least it's worth a try.
