A day late is better than never

Alright so Thursday night I slept poorly :-( I was being lazy and didn't want to go back to my car to get my cpap machine so I slept sitting up. Or at least I tried to sleep. The results on my GoFit show I had a total of three hours and 20 minutes over a six hour time span which was NOT GOOD :-(

After work I drove to the Gym but was just too tired to get our of my car so I took a "nap". Two and a half hours later I woke up cold but no longer tired and I then went to workout. I did 35 minutes on the treadmill and 4 minutes on the hand bike.

Wednesday I have a meeting for an assessment from the nurse. I am hoping I am in better shape than last year but because I took so much time off doing nothing I'm not sure about that.
