It's Raining! (Not Cats and Dogs Or Men) 13 November 2010 Week 14 Day 6

Saturday, November 13, 2010

Up early this morning and found that it was raining outside! Yea! We have not had much rain around here this summer and fall. The ground is so hard, I can't even imagine a time when it will be soft again.

This week has been a good week so far. I have been pretty well on track with food, I have walked every day since Wednesday. Yesterday would have been my c25k training, but I chose to walk instead. I had coughed all night and I was concerned I wouldn't get enough breath. Maybe just an excuse, but since I am not on a time limit on it I felt it was more important that I was moving than necessarily running. With winter coming soon, I will need to get back to my wii so I have some exercise , I also have several dvd's so I think I am going to incorporate those into my regimen at some point in the day. Even if its only a few minutes.

Sweets has surgery scheduled for Thursday. We're excited about that. He was looking on youtube last night at some video of the procedure he is having done. I started to watch it but got a bit queasy. I normally don't have issues with looking at blood, but I think the fact that I knew I would be seeing bone, kind of creeps me out..... hahah

Well the kiddo's will be up soon, and I have meetings all day long! Kind of looking forward to them, honestly, we are receiving new handbooks for church and its also our stake conference. Our handbooks, have been so outdated with the auxiliaries that when you look up info, you have to say well they don't do that anymore.... haha Thank goodness that the church website has more updated info on how a program is run.

Till tomorrow,
