My new Gym and motivation!

So lately I have not been feeling good just getting over a cold. This is the first week I've felt more normal. I haven't been to the gym in a month and can totally feel the difference. I have changed gyms because Bally's just isn't helping get to my results. This new gym has more personal training once a month and they set up your workout and they are really friendly. Now I know how to properly use the machines for better achievement to my goal. I have not been able to loose any weight since my surgery in April and have gain some weight back. According to the gym I weighed 251lbs as of Nov. 9th I refuse to gain more and loose the extra pounds I have put back on. I could totally feel the few extra pounds the way my clothes are fitting. I am adjusting my weight ticker to my current weight now. My motivation is to get my butt back in the gym!!

    Good trainers can really help. Just do it consistently and safely and you'll get to where you want to be. Good luck!
