I'm baaaack!

Recently I realized that I've been letting my good habits slide and eating too much junk food. I've gained some weight back and I'm not happy with how I look. I don't think it's too much, but it wasn't supposed to come back. So I've decided to return to SparkPeople to have a place where I can keep track of my eating and exercise. Probably tomorrow I'll actually step on the scale and have a starting point.

Right now I'm simply going to go back to eating healthier and exercising daily. We've got our own place now and a friend has given us a few DDR games and the pad. That's going to be my main form of exercise. I'm also going to use my general blog over at WordPress in addition to this to keep myself in check. Here's to good habits and keeping them!
