It's hard to believe that about 3 yrs ago - ish, I was weighing in at 138. 8 lbs away from my goal & my HS graduating weight. Then along came my precious boy...I put on a few, but I didn't want it to let me down, after all I was pregnant & had a baby... OK, now he's creepin on 3 yrs old and I'm NOWHERE near 138!!!
I have made excuse after excuse. Reverted to every bad habit I've ever had and neglected any physical activity. Those ugly excuses have been "working for me" until yesterday. I put on a pair of jeans (that had been getting a li'l snug, but hey, they fit) and now...they won't zip. I am REALLY hoping this is the kick in the pants (no pun intended) that I really needed. I'm hoping to continue to find some motivation and support.

Now....where to start....

    I'm there with ya, although I just had the baby I had been in a little health slump even before I was pregnant. I hadn't been exercising and when I got pregnant I used it as an excuse to not exercise and now I have about twenty pounds to lose! yikes! It almost seems overwhelming, but we can do it!!!! My mom & I are going to Weight Watchers on Thursday to help motivate us a little more :)
