I have only done the 30 day shred, let me know. I was hesitant to by the other one incase they were too close to the same. My husband and I have been doing a video by JACKIE (personal trainer to the stars and we have both really liked it). She has different 15 min. workouts of upper, lower, abs or full body and a 40 min. full body on one cd. It is similar to Jillians, my husband just uses heavier weights. 3799 days ago
I've never actually done that workout, but I hear it's amazing. A few of my close friends do it regularly, and they love it! They say it's really hard, but totally worth it. I'm thinking of trying it myself. Let me know what you think of it! 3805 days ago
