Back on track

I am working hard to get back on track. My activity level has been lower but my eating level is high! Ha ha! The exercise has picked up. I just need to be better about writing down what I am eating. I generally eat healthy foods, just have trouble with portion control.

    Sounds like you are absolutely heading in the right direction. Reach for that pen BEFORE you reach for the food. Small steps.

    Do you eat in front of the TV or with the radio on? Rather than 'cutting down' portions - which can be demoralising sometimes, try eating in complete silence - just you and your food. Not even a magazine or book!! Focus completely on your food. You'll be amazed how quickly that 'full' signal gets through when you have time to listen. Push that plate away, feel really proud of yourself and watch the numbers on those scales start to drop again in no time at all! Best of luck.
