Getting Back on track

Well fingers crossed I have finally got rid of my sinus infection, and now I am getting myself back on track.
Last week I managed two 30 minute aerobic dance workouts and some strength exercises. I did the dumbbell video workout and could barely walk the next day. Today I started off my week with a 60 min aerobic dance workout and I did the exercise ball video twice.
Hopefully this is the beginning of getting my momentum back.
