Today we were celebrating a birthday at work. We had a 6 foot sub, potato salad, and macaroini salad.
I knew about this so I was prepared with my own food to compliment the lunch. I brought in a dish with 4 oz pasta, 2 oz grilled chicken, 1 oz cherry tomatoes and 4 oz of mango peach salsa.
I took the provolne and roastbeef off the sub and weighed them so I would know my calories and ate it as an afternoon snack and then I had my lunch as normal.
When it came time for the birthday cake. I took a picture of a slice instead of the silce and I'm sharing it with all my friends here.
