I think it is just allergies but it could be a cold. So I think it is best to take it easy and not work out. Am I right? I am not sure. I don't want to wear myself down more and be in worse shape tomorrow. I thought if I rest I will recover and get a better work out in the next few days. hmm. What do you think?
