I had yesterday's menu all planned out first thing in the morning... but I ended up blowing it at dinner. I used more EVOO and spices than anticipating and I also had two dinner rolls that pushed me over the edge. And to make matters worse, we were out of Brown Rice so I used Butter/Herb Wild Rice that we had on hand... and that was definetly not an equal substitute by any means! ... and Hubby brought home wine (so of course I had a glass) to celebrate the fact that our wedding day is exactly 6 months away!!!
Oh well... it tasted delicious
... and I at least had an intense 60 minute work-out where I did 50 minutes of circuit training and 10 minutes on the elliptical! I felt the work-out in all of my muscles! I left the gym feeling sweaty and strong!
So... today is a new day and I am going to stick to today's menu 100%.

... and I may or may not have peaked at the scale this morning. I am up from Saturday's weigh-in! I am eating a little too much this week. I need to cut back just a tad! ... and I am going to br focusing on my water intake to flush out any extra sodium!!!
