Blasting off with baby steps!

It's Day 4 of my 100 Day challenge and I am so happy! I've already done my "just 10 minutes" this morning and I can't tell you how great that is. "Just 10 minutes" in the morning helps me start the day right, and somehow, magically, takes the pressure off so that instead of trying to drag myself to do more (and often failing), I actually want to do more exercise. Yesterday I did 10 minutes in the morning and then ran off to my usual busy day at work. But instead of taking the elevator to the fifth floor of both buildings, as I have been doing lately, I walked up. When I got home from work, sooooo tired as usual, I did another "just 10 minutes." And later I did 10 minutes more! It's a miracle! Thanks, 100-Day Challenge Team!
