Talking about it or doing it?

Monday, November 08, 2010

I was training a client tonight at the Sermon Ctr. It was really interesting there tonight. There were several men there. I think at least 2 of them must have ate their wheaties this morning because it was over the top!!!

One talked and talked and talked....The other also runeth over at the mouth, but he was actually working out. The poor guy trying to work out (with his headphones on!) was having trouble because they kept wanting to talk with him. Talkers #1 and #2, really had no clue what they were doing!

It was such a distraction to everyone. My client and I both felt sorry for the middle guy! He is there everytime we come in doing his own things until these 2 characters came in.

So, are you a talker or a doer? I am a doer. Don't get me wrong, I love to talk, but when it is time to work, it's time to work!

Game Plan:
aerobic class
client at 10:30
back to the gym for a run, shower & lunch
client at 3
Help coworker with some 2 step moves at 5:30
line dancing at 6

1. Excellent time dancing today
2. Hung out with my hubby for a while!!
3. I really enjoy my job!

Strong Mind, Strong Body, Stay the Course!! emoticon

I'm both, since some things I can't do for medical reasons thus I might only give advice on what could be dun for someone who could physcial do what ever it was I was talking about, but other wise I'd be doing what ever it is I am talking about.
