I am learning about this "eating to 80% full" I'm getting closer. I still tend to be hungry and want to go back and then I'm definitely over the top. Being comfortable w/80% is something I'm figuring out. Being vegan, food is digested pretty quickly. I did walk today (twice) and gave a massage. I'm in the market for a dance DVD. I want something high energy and fun. I love to dance and could use the aerobic exercise. I'm exploring more foods that I like and have avoided as too...something. I like the idea of eating full fat products, cuz they are more filling. I do tend to eat less and feel more content. I'm so glad I have a three day weekend. I need a break. I went to the doc yesterday and they're checking my hormone levels. Still having chest pressure/panicky feelings. Wish I knew the trigger. Skinny
