Wow the weekend went fast for me. Saturday & Sunday I didn't log any of my food because I'm not stressing on the weekends. I ate out twice and since I couldn't get the NI of what I ate I'm just not stressing it. I gained about 3 lbs this weekend but I know I will take it off and more during this week.

I can accept this five steps forward to steps back because I know if I keep it up I will be a winner by losing in the (and my) end.

One positive thing for Sat & Sunday is I ate less than I did in the past (almost typed normally but I wasn't eating normal). I had my leftovers from Sat for dinner Sunday and what was left from that went into the trash.

    Right I'm not going to stress about tracking what I eat because that doesn't matter. What does matter is Calories in VS Calories out.

    They say when one door closes another opens. By losing weight I know I am closing a door and I hope another one opens to replace it.

    emoticon . No need to stress it only makes matters worse. I have not tracked my food but I can tell you everything I have eaten today. We can do this and we will do this.
