What a trying afternoon! I had such a bad craving for...well...anything. I think it was emotional eating and it was intense. I made it through though and it truly feels like a real accomplishment. I am now 15 days binge free!!! That is seriously amazing that I have gone this long. Actually what got me over the hunp was eating just a little bit of baking chocolate. Thaat may sound yucky but let me tell you, it works! It doesn't take much.

I also did something that I don't do very often and that is going for a walk or run in the evening darkness. Jim wanted me to go with him while he ran so I could watch his form. So I didn't take my walk when it was still daylight. Well, he got home later than planned and I was not happy as he bugged out of running (and he wonders why he is not progressing...duh). I grabbed my iPhone, started runkeeper app and headed out the door pi$$ed. I was flying down the sidewalk with steam coming out of my ears and 2.79 miles and 40 minutes later I was done and home. Now I am blogging LOL.

So, all in all I had hurdles to jump over today and I did it! I didn't allow outside forces deter me from my healthy goals. This is something rather new to me especially staying out of crap when I am mentally wonky. I DID IT!! I am 15 days binge free!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you to several Spark buddies that helped me through my craving crisis this afternoon. I love you guys!!!
