Thinking of goals

Go to bed at a sensible time
Do an exercise every day
Get in at least one short walk
Plan balanced healthy meals - Eat clean most of the time with planned yummy indulgences
Build muscle and strength
Decrease my weight, and more importantly my body fat percentage to below 25
Improve flexibility
Monitor stress levels
Become better at taking breaks and lunch at work
Balance mind, body and spirit

Poor Poor Planning Prevents Poor Performance
1. Plan when you're going to the gym or working out and don't deviate
2. Plan your meals long before you are hungry
3. Bring everything you plan on eating during the day to work with you
4. If eating out, read the menu online before you go
5. Bring snacks with you if you know you're going to be out all day
6. Make a grocery list
