So here's how it's going to be IMOJANE!

So I have found the master of myself and am feeling much better today. It's a new week and today, I made some positive changes: I replaced my chocolate craving this morning for a pear and my chocolate yoghurt desire for weetabix! A good week is upon me! :-)
Thank you for your postive comments yesterday, it helps for me to know we are all in this together... Unfortunately my camera is broken on my computer, or my iMovie application, in any case I can't vlog which suuucks!
I wanted to let you know my goals for this week:
-- Water intake - very very important, think of drinking tea or water before shoving something into my mouth!
-- Good snacking: fruit, nuts and low fat yoghurt instead of bread, chocolate or whatever's closest!
-- EXERCISE: 3 times this week: on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (and hopefully on Sunday too, depending on where I am)
-- Eat clean, make sure I have all my veggies and good foods.
I'm definitely feeling a lot better. This week is a break from uni and it's been nice to chill out and see a bit more perspective. Another 6 more weeks and then it's Xmas break!! But looots to achieve before then...
