I was very psyched to start the second month of Chalean.
I was pleasantly surprised to see how much stronger I've become. I started lifting with 20 lbs. for the lower body, and I've been using the 10s for the upper body, with the exception of the biceps which I used the 20 lbs.
As I bent to put my weights away, I noticed how easy it was for me to pick up the tens and fives - even easier - and put them away. I don't see it yet on the outside, but I guess it's working! (I mean I don't see definition yet, too much fat still in the way...)
Looking forward to great month of PUSHing myself to my limit!
