Two steps back..

darn it! I put on a pound this week! Now I'm 212.6 rather then the 210 I wanted to be! darn, darn, darn!

still I can only blame myself since I've eaten out 2 or 3 times this week and indulged in more chocolate then I should have!

Back on the straight and narrow healthy eating choice this week. Will be staying in for meals, I want to make 210! I want it so bad!

Woke up feeligh awful today though. The headache that I had yesterday is still with me and I feel sick and grotty. Am at work though as I haven't completed my initial probation yet as it's a new job and if I'm ill I don't get paid! One more month to go so (fingers crossed) I'll be out of probation just in time for Christmas! I think 6 months is a ridiculously long time though. Surely they can see after 3 months whether you fit the role well and work with the company? sigh.

Wish I was home in bed. The plus side is that I feel less hungry then usual. Haven't had breaakfast yet as couldn't face it before I left the house. Feeling a little hungry now but about to head into a meeting. Am planning on sleeping in my car at lunch time so it's a good thing I brought a sandwich with me!

Aim for the week? Lose 2.6lbs!
