Well, 1 out of 3 isn't bad.

Saturday, November 06, 2010

In my last entry, I said I was going to make a goal of walking at least 15 minutes a day, log into SP every day, and make at least 3 posts a day. Well, I haven't lived up to all of that...because of a slow computer, no time, 2 kids, blah, blah, blah...I haven't been able to log in every day and make 3 post a day, but I have walked every day since last Saturday for at least a mile, sometimes 2...with my knees and legs in their present condition, that's alot! Along with that, I've begun to eat better and make wiser food choices. So, I feel pretty good about that! No looking back!

emoticon Hey, even SparkPeople says to shoot for an 80%/20% success rate. You're doing great with the most important stuff. If your knees are bad, a rest day helps too. I'm doing well to hit 5 out of 7! emoticon

I agree that you did the most important thing by walking. Logging in here is great also, but you know you'll get results from exercise and eating better. Here's where you get to talk about it!

We all struggle, heaven knows I sure do! But what counts is not giving up and you are certainly not giving up! Keep on walking, the rest will follow I am sure.
